Midland University is committed to a respectful, safe, and healthy environment and does not tolerate sex discrimination in any form. Respecting the rights of others in a mutually supportive community and taking accountability for one’s actions as a responsible citizen are part of Midland University’s Core Values. Together as a community, we strive to maintain a positive learning, living and working environment for the benefit of all. As such, members of the Midland community are encouraged to promptly report any incidents of sex discrimination so that supportive measures can be implemented for those affected.
Midland University is also committed to promptly, impartially, and equitable addressing and resolving all reports of sex discrimination. When the university finds that an incident has occurred it will take steps to stop the behavior, to prevent its recurrence, and to remedy its effects.
