Midland University Partnership with Crestcom Leadership Training to Aid Individuals in Professional Development

06/18/24

Midland University is partnering with Crestcom’s Leadership Training for a program that will help individuals invest in their professional growth and development while earning graduate credit.

Participants in the Crestcom L.E.A.D.R. program can complete a portfolio that showcases their skills to earn up to six credits toward a Midland University Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Science in Learning and Talent Development program.

These programs will help leaders develop the skills required to lead effective and productive teams. The Midland MBA program is designed to produce graduates who demonstrate highly developed analytic and communication skills and master the tools it takes to be a respected leader in the professional world.

Benefits of being a participant in this partnership include networking and connecting with partner businesses and organizations and earning relevant certificates that can build to a Masters degree. Midland offers a flexible learning schedule, so students can balance, work, family, and other obligations with Midland’s online course structure.

“We are excited to be able to partner with an outstanding organization like Crestcom for these programs,” said Katie Duran, Director of Graduate & Online Enrollment.

“Everyone has the potential to be a leader, but sometimes they need a little guidance. This partnership is a great opportunity for businesses to send their new managers, or individuals in a training position, to really hone in on their skills and leadership styles, while the individuals can earn credits towards their MBA or Learning and Talent Development masters degree.

“Numerous companies offer some sort of tuition reimbursement, allowing the individual to grow and become even more invested in their company.”
