Student Billing Important Dates
Fall 2025
May 1, 2025 – Enrollment Deposit Deadline – Deposits are no longer refundable after this date.
August 25, 2025 – First day of Fall semester – Account must be paid in full by this date or have a Nelnet payment plan set up.
September 5, 2025 – $200 late charge assessed to accounts not paid in full or that don’t have a Nelnet payment plan set up.
September 11, 2025 – Financial holds will be placed on accounts with a balance over $500, unless a payment plan is in place. The financial hold will not impact the current semester, but will prevent the student from registering for future semesters.
September 25, 2025 – Deadline to sign up for a Fall payment plan.
Spring 2026
January 12, 2026 – First day of Spring semester – Account must be paid in full by this date or have a Nelnet payment plan set up.
February 3, 2026 – $200 late charge assessed to accounts not paid in full or that don’t have a Nelnet payment plan set up.
February 6, 2026 – Financial holds will be placed on accounts with a balance over $500, unless a payment plan is in place. The financial hold will not impact the current semester, but will prevent the student from registering for future semesters.
February 24, 2026 – Deadline to sign up for a Spring payment plan.
