College of Health Professions
The College of Health Professions will help students find careers that are exciting, diverse, and in high demand. Midland works to create numerous academic opportunities, and with small class sizes and dedicated faculty, students are given the attention they need to develop high-demand skills. Courses are designed to emphasize critical thinking skills and active learning, and students gain practical experience through laboratory and clinical practice.
Students are provided with the resources and information they need to explore a wide variety of health professions. The College of Health Professions also supports students preparing for advanced degree programs such as athletic training, medicine, dentistry, nursing, physician assistant, optometry, pharmacy, and other related professions. Faculty and advisors assist students as they prepare for entrance to professional schools by offering opportunities to explore interests, skills, and goals.
